Greetings to all! I’ve been away for a while dealing with life and situations as they have arisen. As you all can figure out, I have this thing for LOVE. As 2014 rolled in, so have challenges.
The latest one is a week-long furlough which I’m on now from work. For those of you who don’t know what that means it’s another name for layoff. This option seemed favorable compared to letting someone go. Truly, I agree this was a better solution.
In my world of work, this could have produced bad attitudes, fear (there was some) and negativity etc. However, after the shock, co-workers embraced it and choose to see the week off as a vacation without pay.
We allowed love to cast out fear (most of it) and encouraged one another.
I challenge all of you to change your world and the world around you for the good. One person can affect positive change so try it and let me know how it works.

Hi Rolain, how are you doing? Thanks for the encouragement. It is truly well because of the choice we made in how we deal with the situation. Even if some people complain and fear it won’t affect how we flow and work with each other. A challenging call indeed but we have rose to the challenge, thankfully to support each other. I’m not trying to make us seem perfect or in unison it’s just that things happen beyond your control. We can’t change it but we can say how the change affects us and how we view it. I am glad to hear you rising up to the challenge! You definitely have the right attitude…..I like what you said about change, “we can’t change things out of our control but we can say how the change will affect us!!! That’s something to remember…..Keep on standing strong. God bless
