There are many different types of brokenness…relationship (family, marriage, friendship), work, death of a loved one or pet, health etc. Brokenness takes on many forms and all of them are significant to the person experiencing them.
We are a broken society full of cracks, breaks, fractures and even shattered in some aspects. But, it’s has become so common and normal that we don’t notice it or we are not phased by all the pieces lying around us. We just walk over, around, through or just push the pieces aside.
Why have we become so numb to the pain of others and ourselves?
When are we going to realize that our brokenness is not only harmful but detrimental to our overall well being and productivity.
Brokenness can be mended but only when recognize that we are indeed broken and need fixing.
