It seems simple, but I feel like self worth is a difficult lesson to learn for all of us. Truly loving yourself, inside and out, is an ART. Thank you for all that you teach 🙂
You are right is does sound simple and in a lot of ways it is…once you overcome feeling worthless, inadequate, average, unimportant, useless etc. I’m learning as I’m sharing. I’ve come to realize that learning to love yourself and know that ‘You Matter’ is outside of what we’ve learned and experienced from others even those with the best intentions. Miss Beth, you are truly a beautiful soul. Your child is the best example of how important you are and how much you matter and how worthy you are to be loved. Have a blessed day/week!
