Why do you look away? Is it not your problem or responsibility?
Maybe it’s because of fear or embarrassment. If you don’t acknowledge it, it’ll go away.
Eye contact can sometimes prick your heart and make it harder to look away and you feel guilty and helpless when you do.
Are you concerned with what others will say and think?
I guess it’s easier to allow yourself to not see at all!
